Naptime = Bad Mommy

So, I have a lot of things I would like to do, like, posthaste. I have classes to study for. I have a painting class to plan paintings for. I have photos to get printed, letters to write, a dress to embroider, a quilt and 2 baby carriers to make, an insanely messy house that I've actually been enjoying cleaning up, s l o w l y. I have phone calls to make, and a birthday card to fire off to a really wonderful friend. I'm trying to start a business. These are things that are very hard to do with a baby.

The child is napping. And what am I doing? Screwing around reading blogs. Writing this. And really. really. really. worrying about money.

As it turns out...

... it is very difficult to post with a little one. Also to wash dishes, clear the floor, fold the laundry, be nice to the husband (poor fellow), or cook anything. I have an amazing friend, who has 3 kiddos, one an infant, one a toddler, one 8, who somehow manages to keep up with her home. I do not understand it. Talking to her on the phone the other day, she claimed her house was a disaster, but I don't believe her. I am going to go around and take pictures of my house, right now, for my own amusement, and I am not going to post any of them. HA!

Anyways... (apparently that's a West-Coast expression) ...The bug is big and beautiful, the business is on hold until school calms down, my 2 classes are way more than I can handle, the bird and dog are both still alive, and I love my life.

My advice to everyone: HAVE BABIES NOW!!! There's nothing to wait for. We have a duty to out-breed the stupid people. Let's do it.
